Shipping, Order Tracking & Delivery
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India. And reasonable shipping charges for other than prepaid orders.
We aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 business working day of placement, and you'll receive a tracking link via email (if provided by the customer) and SMS upon dispatch. Personalised jewellery orders may take approximately 15 days to be dispatched, ensuring meticulous customization.
We work with leading logistics partners in India to provide a seamless delivery experience for your jewellery. After the order confirmed, we usually dispatch your order within 2-3 business working day.
Once dispatched, most deliveries are completed within 4-6 business days, varying based on your
location. We strive to ensure a speedy and reliable delivery process to bring joy to your doorstep.
We work with some of the leading logistics companies for our jewellery deliveries. If you wish to receive your order on a specific day/time, we can send a request to our delivery partners, however, please note that this is not an assured service.
Once your order is shipped, you'll be notified over, email (if provided by the customer), and even on SMS, complete with the details of our trusted delivery partner and your unique tracking ID.

Absolutely! We deliver to almost all Pin-Codes across India, spreading happiness from north to south, east to west. If you're unable to collect the order yourself, we would suggest you to please ask your neighbour to collect the order on your behalf. If that's not possible, you can ask the Delivery Executive to deliver the order to you on the following day. Please note that this is not an assured service and would depend solely on your interaction with the Delivery Executive.

If you find any missing items, kindly contact us through any of our support channels (Call/Email/Chat) within 24 hours of the order being marked as delivered. We will gladly assist you and conduct a thorough investigation which will require a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel for us to process the request further which may take up to 48 hours.
Please note that insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the packet may result in your claim not being honoured. In all such cases, the brand reserves the right to take the final decision.

Cancelations & Modifications
You can cancel your order from our website. However, please note the cancellation window is open until your order is processed. We won't be able to take the cancellation request post that.

Return, Replacement & Exchange
Do refer Jenzo’s Return policy for all the details about the returns and return policy. Please note that it takes up to 3-4 business working days to get the return pickup done from your location. In case your return pick up is not done within 3-4 business working days, please reach out to us on the support channel of your choice - Calls/Emails/Chats.
Please note that each order needs to be returned with its original packaging and refer Returns and Exchange policy.
We understand that preferences may vary, which is why we offer exchanges for a different item if you're not satisfied with the jewellery, you can exchange within 5 days of delivery. Your satisfaction is our priority!
Please note that in the event of an exchange, any price differences will be collected or refunded to you, as the case may be.

We initiate the refunds within 48 hours of us receiving the product in our Warehouse.
For Prepaid orders: Refunds are initiated directly to the original payment source.
For COD orders: Refunds are initiated via a Payout link, which we share with the customers who opted to return. Please enter the correct details in the link and choose the mode of accepting payment.
It takes up to 3-4 business working days to get the return pick-up done from your location, once the return request has been placed. In case your return pick-up is not done within 3-4 business working days, please reach out to us on Calls/Email/Chats.
Pre-paid Orders: Once the reverse pick-up is done and we receive the product in our warehouse, it takes up to 48 hours to initiate a refund. You will be notified via email and SMS. Please note refund takes up to 7-10 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your source account.
COD Orders: Once the reverse pick-up is done and we receive the product in our warehouse, it takes up to 48 hours to initiate a refund. You will be notified via email and SMS. A Payout link will be shared, where you will have to fill in their account details. Please note it might take up to 24 hours for the refund to reflect in your account.
Payments & Refunds
After making the payment, please allow up to 10-15 minutes to receive an order confirmation email or text message. If you haven't received any confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us via call, email, or chat, and we will assist you further. If the payment has been received by us, we will manually create your order and ship it. However, if the amount has not reached us, the payment gateway will automatically refund the amount to your original payment source within 5-7 working days.

We want your personalised jewellery to be perfect, so please allow approximately 15 days for us to prepare, quality-check, and get your jewellery ready for dispatch. The delivery itself typically takes an additional 4-6 business days on average. In total, you can expect your personalised jewellery order to be delivered within approximately 21 days. We appreciate your patience and assure you that we're working diligently to create a special piece just for you.
We want your personalised jewellery to be perfect, which is why once the production process begins, we are unable to cancel the order. As each piece is custom-made based on your specific requirements, reversing the process becomes challenging. We kindly advise you to place your order carefully, double- checking the finish, spelling, and character case to ensure complete satisfaction. Your happiness with your personalised jewellery is our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Since the personalised jewellery is crafted especially for you, we won't be able to offer returns on the same. However, in case you have received a damaged product, you can reach out to us.
